sending IFS notifications to approvers

I turned on the task schedule to Notify Authorizer Invoices Due. The Notify User under Invoice Posting Authorizers is also on. The users are not receiving an email or any notification that they have an invoice that needs to be authorized.

What else needs to be set up so that the user can receive an email from IFS that they have invoices to authorize? Is there another way to do this if the user is not always in IFS?

Do you have the mail sender setup correctly in IFS Connect? You can check the mail sender setup in the solution manager > IFS Connect and you can check the outbound application messages queue to see what state they are in i.e. ERROR, SENT etc.

thank you Rob, I will check! Quick question....when setting up the notification schedule to "notify authorizer invoices due" under my credentials (on my computer), does this set up notifications to everyone in the company or I am setting up the notification for myself only?

 in other words, should everyone that needs to approve invoices to through the Supplier invoice/Invoice Workflow/Notification Schedule and set it up themselves?
